for use in various computers that use SCSI, I was trying to get it working in my 16 bit mac, but this particular drive has bested me even though I have installed all kinds of crazy crap in "older than dirt" mac's ... including a hot swap SCA seagate mailed to a fellow user ready to boot which worked plug n play, so I gave up and bought a 1GB Apple drive just to be done with it

 

drive works like a champ on my PC using both an adaptec and compaq branded SCSI cards, and when I had them my Powermac 8500 and Powermac 9600. Decently fast as well, though its got that good ole high speed SCSI jet engine wine to it.

 

price, well a quick google shopping search shows these specific drives going from 39.00 to 292.69 cause people think old small SCSI drives were rare and precious, I am asking 25 bucks + postage to the lower 48 United States (rule of thumb for me is 6 bucks if your east of the Mississippi river, 9 if your west, accurate postage quotes with 2 day priority provided with inquiry)
