Help - BSG secret codes needed

Previously I have seen listings of Battlesphere Gold secret codes. Some lists had a lot of secret codes. I neither copied them nor bookmarked where they are found. Could someone either post the secret codes or a link to where they are found.

 

Also, I've been unable to find the BSG manual anywhere online. I'm not looking for a scan of the manual. If someone could just post the text (such as a .txt file) I'd appreciate it. I note the game tutorial teaches the controls and how to play, but this may also be helpful.
