More beginner tutorial stuff live: getting set up and ready to build

Thanks to some recent feedback, there's now some new tutorial stuff on the site covering some basic essentials, how to:

• download rB+
• unpack the files
• set up rB+ in a sensible place
• build existing projects and send to VJ or the Jaguar via skunkboard
• copy and rename projects
• create new projects from the template project
