NIAD #3 Posted April 3, 2015 ebay: CV Power Supply. A modern Power Supply solution like ten-four linked to would be your best option especially if you don't mind paying the extra cost of International shipping. If you want to stick with a 30+ year old Coleco made P.S., at least hold out for the 2-wire Canadian version that someone here should be able to help you acquire. +phoenixdownita #4 Posted April 4, 2015 (edited) I ended up making my own internal using 3 el-cheapo eBay bought chargers and an IEC 60320 C8 socket : 1 12V 1A (for +12V soure) 1 5V 2A (for +5V source) 1 5V 1A (for -5V source) 1) Connect the negative out of the 12V and 5V 2A chargers together (this is your GND), 2) Connect the positive out of the 5V 1A charger to the common negative (GND) you built is step 1 3) positive out of 12V is your +12V source 4) positive out of the 5V 2A is your +5V source 5) negative out of your 5V 1A is your -5V source Total cost shipped was less than 10US$, the main issues beside the steps above were cracking open the chargers containers (most of them are USB repurposed), wire all the AC inputs together and connect them to the IEC 60320 C8 socket I put on the case. The chargers PCB are flat and can be fit onto the front left of the CV (right in front of the pads) as there's absolutely nothing in all that are. If you do this mod remember to NEVER connect an external adapter, on the bright side if you wire it correctly (piggy back on the existing wires) and keep the external adapter connector where it is you can still power the roller controller. [i tried first using for my +5V a 1A as well and it didn't quite work well once I performed the 5V DRAM update to my CV, given the price difference is around 1.5 US$ I'd stick with the 2A] Edited April 4, 2015 by phoenixdownita
