Quick networking question..

Printing companies usually have a minimum order quantity: even if you only need 100 copies, you might have to get 500 made, so you end up with plenty of leftovers. I assume it's what happened.

I get that, but why is Canon Fodder the only box that seems to have 100s of extras floating about? That's more what I was getting at.

Maybe Atari thought it would sell more copies than it actually did what with it being a popular title on other platforms.

Might be the leftovers of the cannon fodders that were gutted and boards used for some beta releases a few years back...?

 

I suspected something like that too. I didn't pay very close attention so I forget how Jaysmith got the cannon fodder games. Now that I think about it I am curious why someone would keep that many copies of cannon fodder all those years.
