Rick Dangerous
Whatever happened to this? Have really been craving some DEFENDER on the 7800 lately!!
Jaynz
As stated elsewhere, Bob hit a few technical issues with Defender and is taking a brief break so he can approach some of these things fresh. Yeah, I know, I'm getting impatient as well. I've nearly bought everything Al's put out on the 7800 store... going to need some new games in there soon, right?
Atariboy2600
OMFG! I been dream, ing of a Defender game for the 7800 like forever. Made some label art and box art on it like many moons ago. But I could updated it for better looking one.
Jinks
The frist thing I thought of was a guy in a clown suit trying to hot box the office. He is really pushin with his legs spread and fists clenched.

Awesome, just wanted to check in but guess i'll wait until AL makes an announcement and puts it in the AA store. Will save myself some time and sleepless nights that way.. +groundtrooper
Thought I'd give this a bump. Looks so awesome Bob! Any news or progress? The irony of bumping this on April 1st. I really wish Bob was teasing or messing with us about DEFENDER on April 1st...shades of Jr. Pac-Man.
PacManPlus
No progress in quite a while... Involved in other projects. I've posted the source code (in the programming forum) in case anyone else wants to take a crack at it in the meantime... Thanks!

ninsei
FWIW: I would buy Defender on the 7800 if there was a completed version of it.
PacManPlus
I need to take a look at this again. I seem to remember having slow-down issues already, and I haven't even done the AI movement or the humanoids yet... May need to re-do some stuff.. I'm trying to decide on this or Adventure III or ReZolve (hence the three posts). Edited February 11, 2019 by PacManPlus

phuzaxeman
Would have been nice to see this completed on the 7800. Reading these pages makes me appreciate more how great the 5200 version is.
