Atari Asteroids Cocktail Table Help

Hi everyone! I recently picked up a Asteroids machine and it is pretty awesome. It is having problems with the display and I am wondering if anyone has any advice or experience with these things, I would love to get it working.

 

The screen seems to display random lines and obviously is not what it should be displaying. Everything else seems to be working from what I can tell. It makes sounds and it can start up a game, but the display is messed up. It would be cool if someone could help me narrow down the problem because of the insane complexity of the inside haha. Any help would be awesome. Thank you!

Make sure all the socketed chips are well seated and clean the edge connector with an eraser and see if that helps, try the easiest fixes first.
