vectrexroli
It is hard to believe, but it works!
Seob
Looks like it's extra hard to play because of the small black en white screen. Maybe it's looking better on a real screen. Must get myself a new 16k expansion. Mine is broken and with only 1kb not much can be done. Until now i only bought a c4cpc for my gx4000 and hopefully a cpc464 one day, and a floppydisk emulator for my msx.
vectrexroli
Yes it is hard to play, but that´s the real challenge for all professional Dragon´s Lair players out there. I remember back in the 1980´s there was even a 1kB chess version available for the unexpanded ZX81.
ComputerSpaceFan
Absolutely amazing! If I hadn't seen it (moving) with my own eyes I never would have believed it. Awesome video Roli!
JamesD
I never cared for the game myself since it's just timing and memorization. That involved a lot of quarters on the arcade machine. As far as the ZX81 version, it's an impressive feat. My only complaint is it looks tough to see some of the bad guys.Maybe part of the problem is the youtube video compression.Oh, and... we've been Rick Rolled.
vectrexroli
One thing is for sure here, when there are some issues with the video quality, it is not the Youtube compression this time. The developer had to convert movies to dithered black & white (and not even greyscale). I guess if you haven´t played Dragon´s Lair before you will not have much of a chance to come far in that ZX81 version. JamesD
I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. I guess I shouldn't have.

vectrexroli
Would be interesting to know if that streaming thing also works on the NanoPEB for the TI99, like it does on the ZXPand.
