The Usotsuki #2 Posted June 7, 2015 If the terminal emulation's good enough, rather than lynx try links2.
David Baldwin #3 Posted June 7, 2015 Elinks works to but thing can go strang and not allways work on the terminal best in VT100, on my Dos computer i find Conex to work the best you will have to try out terminal programes that will work. with your classic computer. David Baldwin #4 Posted June 7, 2015 If the terminal emulation's good enough, rather than lynx try links2. lynx2 seems to be the best browser to use but the arrow keys are not working looks like we will have to work around the trubbles at lest the lantronix is more than just bbsing use. The Usotsuki #5 Posted June 7, 2015 Yeah, I had to run stuff through screen sometimes to get it to look right on my Apple //e due to terminal emulation bugs...

number six #7 Posted June 11, 2015 I can't even imagine trying to use Lynx today. It wasn't very good back when most of the sites were very, very simple (ie pre-GUI based Web Browsers). I didn't much bother with web browsing until Netscape Navigator. I do somewhat miss the simplicity of Pine or Tin though.
The Usotsuki #8 Posted June 11, 2015 Pine still exists, in a way, and I still use it...
