Take actual clips of video games and then overlay the Karateka character and time his jumps to coincide with the scrolling events on the game clips? Really impressive, however it was done! kiwilove Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 Perhaps the Dropzone segment provides some clue as to how it was done? Seeing it is the weakest/poorest segment as such. I do have an idea for the best demo to date - partly inspired by the AstroChase reward animation - but it involves time and effort I don't have at the moment - plus a programmer who has the same... maybe I could throw it out there - and let someone else take it on? It's also been reincarnated for modern systems. Written by Eric Chachi, who later produced Heart of Darkness in similar style on the PS1. #8 looks a lot like Ghosts & Goblins though there were various unauthorised clones made on home systems. #12 no idea.
