INTV Backgammon cart question

Recommended Posts

While I was at my 2nd and Charles on the 7th - they had 2 INTV Backgammon loose carts ($.75 each) but one was alot heavier than the other (I didn't get neither one) - is it common that they weigh differently? or was one some type of oddball cart? Just wondering.............

Some of the early release games had a metal heatsink that would have added weight.

Intvfunhouse to the rescue!

So far I've found 10 games that initially came with the heavy shielded pcb variation. They weigh 68-72g vs unshielded carts, which are as low as 46g.

Out of curiosity, were the ones you found the pink/purple label, green label, or white label with black lettering? I'm on a mad hunt for the white label cart.
