Yes, sounds like a fair number... With that said, 400 out of the 25K made Jaguar CD add-ons, would be 1,6% Jaguar CD:s still in use by active players/collectors to this day. And if we make up a number of Jaguar cartridge players, lets say 1200 of active players/collectors, that would be 0,96% (of 125K sold) still in active use to this day. (Or is that a too low number?) While "passive" could be just having them on the shelves/in the basement in home collection/storage not used, or in a retro shop... not collecting more items.
