Pentad
Hello all, I was wondering if there were any book on the history of the Atari 8-Bit line? Heck, to be honest, any books on Atari from their 8-bit line through their demise would be great. Apple and IBM would lead you to believe that they were the only players our there but Tandy, Commodore, Atari, and others were there but just not around anymore. I have really enjoyed the books by Brian Bagnall that detail the history of Commodore and was wondering if there were any similar books on Atari? Thanks!-P
mckafka99
http://ataribook.com/book/ Most likely almost everything you'll want to know about the history of Atari will probbaly end up in this series. The first of 3 planned books is already out and is a great read.
Bill Loguidice
There is a chapter on the Atari 8-bits in my book, Vintage Game Consoles, but yeah, if you want a dedicated Atari history, go with the link from "mckafka99."
