For this list I am using the criteria: General release. Meaning that the games on this list were available at one point to the public.

 

Spina upgrade was available sending your cart back for upgrade. I have it of course. But I doubt many do.

 

Carol clear cart was a CGE promo? Not really available

 

Kroz modified is just like level 8 fixed? thats not really a "release"

 

Carol 'bug'........lol

Yes, there are about 5 - 10 of these games that were sold with Activision shells. Ask cmart about it.

mmmh... the Old School cart + box kit differs from the complete reissue just because it has no serial number. Is it enough to be considered a variant? Sometimes it is difficult to determine the boundary

imo, the differences of the ROM are far more important than the esthetical variants. F.i., if a game is more playable after a change, this is not a secondary fact and deserves to be mentioned as a variant
