Fardraut (Hiroshi Okubo remix) song translation- Xevious tribute

Dunno where else this would belong, though it's based on Xevious at heart...& please dont direct me to Google, I looked already.

 

I bought the Xevious 30th Anniversary tribute album off iTunes awhile back, it's a collection of songs with many musical styles, & most songs even incorporate Xevious game SFX into them. The entire album is worth buying, & the one track "Fardraut" is especially a favorite, with a J-pop, summery, feel-good vibe.

 

But "Fardraut" is all in Japanese, & lately I began wondering the lyrics mean. On the off-chance anyone's familiar with this, & can translate it into English, I'd really appreciate it.
