Looking for name of Commodore 64 game in army camp

It was mostly black and white, you were a member in the army and you had to do the daily duties while looking around for clues in your spare time. You had to attend meal hall, keep your moral up and I remember finding a tuba in someone's bedroom. What is this game called?

Sounds like "The Great Escape" to me... (or "Escape" I think it was just called in the US).
