Looking for Atari 850 ROM

... and only 2037 days after my initial post an can finally report, that all problems of my 850 board have now been eliminated and it runs fine.

 

So if you ever need a good example of hobby projects taking longer than expected, feel free to use this one ?

I've had my own non-working 850 sitting open on my desk here for coming up on 2 years now... since the initial troubleshooting sessions I've acquired a working second one to assist with part swapping (to do) and a replacement known good ROM as well (thanks @DavidMil) Hope to get it figured out and put together at some point before I lose the screws and other parts to put it back together!
