Various 7800 Rarity Cart thoughts

7800 Games:

*Alien Brigade a 2??? How about a 5?

*Ballblazer Red Label- not 5, 4 (I've found this in the wild quite a bit)

*Basketbrawl- 5 all the way

*Ikari Warriors- 5!!!

*Kung Fu Matser- 4

*Meltdown -2

*Motor Pysco- 5

*Pete Rose- 5 (I still don't have this one after two years of bidding on it)

*Robot tron- 2

*Summer Games-3

*Title Match- 4

*Tank Command- 7

I agree with you for the most part on these, except for the following:

 

Ballblazer: Should be a 3. It's coming up more and more now.

 

Waterski: Should be a 7 too. It rarely surfaces just like Tank Command.

 

Food Fight: Should be a 3 (maybe even a 2), it seems to be getting pretty common. I found about 3 in the wild so far.

 

Mean 18: Should be more of a 5. It's getting harder and harder to find.

 

Scrapyard Dog. Should be more of a 3 (maybe even a 4). It's becomming quite rare and even more of a soughtafter game.

I know that Xenophobe and Alien Brigade both need to be rethought. Alien Brigade is about the last of the 7800 carts that I want to collect besides maybe Planet Smashers. The last CIB AB went for about $50 on ebay...the last loose one closed out at over $40!!!

 

As for water ski and tank command...I see both of those come up way more often on Ebay..than either Basketbrawl, F-14:Tomcat, or Alien Brigade carts...

 

I can't speak for Ikari as I picked that one up for 3.50 on a BIN from Ebay over 2 years ago...still..that was luck...

I think that "Summer Games" is appropriately rated a 3. It's a fairly common find for under $10 on eBay.
