sirlynxalot #1 Posted December 2, 2015 (edited) My atari has been broken for 10 years now, but I remembered that after working fine for a number of years, at a certain point in the late 90s, my artillery duel cartridge would have a jumpy screen.I always dismissed this as some kind of sign of the cartridge going bad somehow. Then later I read that it could be caused by an incompatibility with the TV, and maybe the jumpy screen coincided with hooking the atari up to a different tv...I was messing around with an online emulator for 2600 games, and low and behold, when I load up artillery duel, it has the same jumpy screen issue that I remember on the real hardware.http://www.virtualatari.org/soft.php?soft=Artillery_DuelWhat the heck is the problem here? I kinda want to play this game! Moreso, I'd like to pick up a new 2600 and see if my cartridge works/can be fixed (in addition to all my other old neglected 2600 carts).
