Reseller twillightfashion440 lied to me and blocked me

A few months ago twillightfashion440 had a Death Trap cart that had no bids going into the last day for $20 and ended it early
I asked the seller why and this was the answer i got.
The seller has it listed in a lot today and i found out i'm blocked from bidding on it
