C64 Live performance carts/disks

I own Cynthcart and MSSIAH and have been very happy with both of them.

I'm also aware of Retroskoi+ and have played it in VICE (seems fun, but I'd like to try it on a real C64, unfortunately it is sold out).

 

Are there any other good ones that I haven't listed?

Anyone know where to buy Retroskoi+ other than from the original manufacturer? They're sold out.
