lotharek Posted December 16, 2015 Share Posted December 16, 2015 I sent to customer different device by mistake. i got mail from HER (him ?) - so i posted proper one immedietally unfortunatelly, NONE OF MY MAIL has reached the customer - i keep trying from other 3 mailboxes i have and no SUCCESS Please, does anyone know : sirscottym@sbcglobal.net , OHIO, USA, NORTH OLMSTED ? I checked the spam filter, and had nothing, but I do see in one of the messages that you sent, that you did indeed reply, but for some unknown reason it did not make it. Thank you so much for your handling of this matter. I have heard many good things about you/your company, and knew it was not normal to experience problems of this sort. As I mentioned this item was a Christmas gift, and I thank you so much for sending the proper one out, I am sure it will get here on/close to Christmas. Please let me know what you would like me to do with the wrong item that you shipped me. I look forward to doing business with you again, as I am a long time Atari 8-bit fan, and I want to get an SIO2SD for my own use once I get my Atari 800 set back up. It is in a storage locker at the moment, as I live in a small condominium and do not have the space. Thank you again to all involved and have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
