Can´t read disk from TI99 on PC with TI99-PC program

I format a disk 1440 sectors on TI and i can´t get the catalog in "TI99-PC" to see it ,reading and reading nothing happens, what do i wrong ?

Have used it before but can´t remember how to do it correctly

 

Any good ideas ?

I know your disk controller on your PC has to support the standard DS/DD format and 40 track. Some do not.

 

the newer PC's seem to have issues also with the newer windows OS too.

 

32 bit OS is best to use.

 

Also if I remember right you will need to install 'OMNI FLOP'. I think that's what it is called.

 

You can get the latest version of TI99-PC on the ftp.whtech.com site under PC Utilities directory. It has Omni Flop on it to install. It's in RAR format..
