Multiplayer Emulators?

I seem to recall a few months ago where someone had posted a link to a 2600 emulator in which you could play over the internet. I tried it out but didn't get to actually vs. any one. I've lost the link, does anyone have a source for this? Has anyone tried it out? does it play well?

 

My brother has been talking trash lately and a slow day at the office today might yield some competitive games. Yeah I'll kick his ass, but it'll be fun
