Took forever to find the one I needed for my pop's computer to work... quartus (lite) 15.1.0.185 quartus setup 15.1.2.193 quartus prime 15.1 lite quartus lite 15.1.2.193 quartus lite 17.1.1593 is all that is on my old backup drive... I think after installing 17 I had to do re-installing from the old versions just installing the drivers until it would both see the chip and program it as well.
