Dog Patch possible on 2600?

Thanks to Willie I have learned of an interesting looking paddle game called Dog Patch. Since I love paddle games and this one did come out for the Bally Astrocade I just gotta ask if something like this was possible on the 2600?

Looks very doable to me.

 

For the thrown can and bird use players.

 

For the shots use the missiles with line-by-line HMOVEs to show the 3 buckshot pellets flying.

 

For the hillbillies reuse the players, one of them set to 2 copies wide to draw the left and center, the other set to 1 copy to draw the right. Reuse the missiles to draw the guns.

 

Could also use RESPx tricks if you want the hillbillies to have more detail.
