A couple I noticed missing from the list...

Road Runner laserdisc

Beavis and Butt-Head.

Both are prototypes that have only a handful of machines out there. Pretty sure neither have been dumped, but there's video of play for both on Youtube.

It was an arcade game by Atari that never went past prototype stage. I think three levels are missing in the proto. Here's a video of the gameplay...
