Hi together!

The internet archive, Atarimania and AtariWiki proudly present the outstanding work of Allan Bushman:

https://atariwiki.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Atari%20Program%20Exchange%20%28APX%29%20Software

This is a giant leap for the community. Allan did the job nearly on his own. Any help to complete the program is very welcome at any time.

In my opinion a simple thank you is by far not enough. What I have in mind is:

10 REM Thank you so much Allan program

Most of these titles have permission but are not posted so It's time to help fill in the blanks.... I know when you buy bulk from B&C you get a random assortment of APX disks... this might be a place to get the contents from and fill in those spots...

That's where a large portion of the manuals archived have come from. I have a large order in to Bruce now for his remaining APX titles (mostly games).

There still are a good forty titles that still need to be found in the wild and archived.

  • 1 year later...

I recently came across a german version of APX title "Domination" by Alan M. Newman called "Herr der Länder".

It looks like it was sold in the early Atari years (1981/1982) in Germany (maybe via Atari Club Deutschland?) and I'm wondering if there's a web site that lists all the german conversions?

Here's a picture of the box. It came together with german manual on photocopied A4 paper...

Around 1983 Atari Deutschland started to publish german programs under the label "UserSoft" (similar to APX in US). Any further info on the "UserSoft" titles is much appreciated! ;)
