Replacement Mylars for the Atari 1200XL keyboard

Anyway, I'm glad she's up and running, but I will be ordering a new mylar from Best ASAP. Thanks for the help and info, guys!

It works extremely well.

 

Installed it, and it worked right the way.

My Mylars arrived and I installed them today. It was pretty easy and keyboard now works great.

I just got a 1200XL. The M key works if I press hard and backspace works. nothing else works, including all the silver keys.

 

I looked at the metallic paint pens. They are $25. The Best Mylars are $40. Pretty much a no brainer, I'm ordering the mylar!

I've ordered one Sugiyama and two Mitsumi mylars for some XE's, a BEST DIN to RCA video out, a 2600 cartridge guide and connector assembly and some SIO plugs from BEST. This all within the last month.

 

All arrived in a very short time and all have worked perfectly for me.

 

I am in the process of restoring quite a few XE's and all of this came in handy as well as doing a Flashback 2 cartridge slot mod and redoing my FTDI USB SIO2PC.

Ordering 1200XL mylar from Best right now.

 

Their mylars have worked great for me in the past on 130XE's. Happy to see a 1200XL mylar available also now!

Got two as well when they were introduced, no questions asked. Only thing never in stock when I place overseas orders are the replacement pots for the paddles.
