The new run does have some improvements over the old batch, but that's a solid cart nonetheless.

I still see people asking to be put on the list but I'm pretty sure there is no list anymore. SainT has indicated the new revision will just be put up for sale on a first come first serve basis. I think he mentioned retailers such as Stoneagegamer, etc. He can correct me if I'm wrong.

It's going to be sold right here on AtariAge. I've no idea if this list is going to be of any relevance, as there should be enough stock to supply everyone.

You just copy your ROM images to a memory card, yes. You boot with the GD cartridge and select the game from the menu.

This question has already been answered, it's up to them to decide if they want to stock the lynx GD

Saint said he wanted to spread out his products to different suppliers and vendors.    AtariAge picking up the LynxGD and StoneAgeGamer selling NeoGeo Pocket SD.   The JaguarGD will likely be another vendor
