RGB output for IIe: will it work with a modern upscaler?

I'm kind of tempted by the RGB cards that appeared on ebay for the IIe (Owltel and/or Video 7).

 

Does anybody know what kind of signal they produce? I wonder if I could use them with a GBS-8200/8220 or XRGB Mini.

 

From what I read so far, it seems it might be a custom RGB format supported only by specific monitors (so it wouldn't work).

I do have a couple of these cards.

They produce digital RGB signals. See here for some info.
