New Game Idea. Who stoled my Intellivision

Recommended Posts

Just an idea or dream i had. When we were growing up in the early 80s. WE used to exchange games or systems with friends and family. not sure people still do that today or not. lol

The game concept can be a mystery type and a detective game.

its 1982 , You came home from school one day and u want to play some intellivision and ur system disappears and gone. You panic and start looking for clues and suspects that may have stolen it. Lucky for u , U have a Dectective kit to help.

So u look for clues on who u think or suspects that has taken it,

The characters will include

your bother or sister . likes to play jokes and hides things from you.

your parents. that our secret Intellivision games that hides it from you.

your best friend , is jealous and doesnt have an Intellivision system .

A Cat Burgular , an active gamer likes to steal and plays games.

A police man. Likes to help and solve crimes, but is very addictied to video games and knows the Neighborhood kids, that has cool games and Systems

Your dog, Rover likes to play as well and likes digging and burying stuff as wel.

Aliens . U know those outer space beings. likes to play games as well. They came once before and may have abducted ur Intellivision as well.

. clues, look for footprints , talk to your suspects, etc. gather information and clues , to solve the mystery. Everything wshould be random and different scenerios .

Just an idea, may be a cool game. :P

I never did this.

I most certainly did, especially consoles because my friends always had the other one I considered and so I always wanted to see if I was missing out lol. Especially one friend of mine we would swap NES / Sega Master System and then later Snes / Genesis.

Never swapped systems (by the time I really got into gaming, playstation was dominating the market), but swapped games constantly. We'd actually plan out requests for gifts based on what we could borrow from each other.

When I wanted to play a system that I didn't have, I simply went to my friend's house (who had the system) and played it there. Sometimes, I'd be there all day, until I got my fill of that gaming system for awhile. Oh, and I didn't have a cell phone plastered to my body so my parents could check in on me every 15 minutes. Those were the days.
