Contacting Ed Averett

Trying to not sound like a stalker here (lol), but does anyone know how to contact Ed Averett? I didn't see any contact info on his site. I heard he lived in Chattanooga which is where I live. I'm not asking for an address or phone number. But a "contact me" form would be great. I certainly want to respect his privacy.
