The Intellivision hardware is only capable of 16 colors. Are you thinking of flexibility within those colors or about going beyond 16?

Yea I know. Just flexibility within the palette.

I tried the different colors for the players. The only ones that seem to work are:

 

- Black

- Blue

- Red

- Dark Green

- Yellow

- White

 

The 16 color pallete is not available as the code is written and I am not going to change it.

 

I am still debating on making this an option where you could select from the colors listed above.

Um, isn't dark green the field? Medium green works OK in my league.

I am not going to put any effort into the colors. I am going to stick with yellow and blue.

Yes. I hope to have a bunch ready before Christmas. There is no need to flood me with requests as yet though. I will let everyone know when they are available in this thread. I'd rather let David work on sending the boards out to everyone without getting in his way.

A ROM release will follow after sales completes of the game boards.

 

I will stop taking orders on 10/30/2016 (two weeks).

Just downloaded the rom - looks good on the Ultimate FB. Very challenging - I'm behind 14-0 after the first inning! I'm gonna have to warm up with some World Championship Baseball first and improve my skills...

Recvd the board last week....All Star Baseball was of of my favs....now replaced by Super Pro Baseball. Wow...this is one though challenging game!! My thoughts/comments:

 

1) You had better know how to play defense

2) Outfield defense is most important

3) You can steal 2nd somewhat easy...but third is tough

4) Fast pitches seem to get hammered more easily....I pitch slow mostly and throw heat every once in a while.

5) High scoring! Unless you are a Super Pro.

6) One game I gave up 27 runs! Easy to make little mistakes that magnify the scores.

7) Played 7 games and only won once! 14-13

Love the Home Run Charge Song

9) Computer is no pushover

10) GREAT GAME!!!

 

Made my top 3 list! When I was younger...we had baseball leagues...and I would even say, we purchased our Intellivision due to the graphics of baseball. Kudos Intelligentvision!! A++++
