goaltoss #1 Posted June 18, 2016 I have a Samsung SC1224 that has a very rapped flicker is the best I can describe it. The image is stable but to my eyes it looks like its flickering at an extremely fast rate on the TOS desktop. When playing games it looks normal. Im assuming maybe it needs new capacitors.
