website with arcade games playing manual?

Is there a website where you can you find how a game is playing
the points you score for each enemy shot etc?

I would like to do a sheet for each game I like to play with those infos
the flyer is nice but doenst have any of those infos
and the manual that you can find is more tech how the machine works

Gamefaqs.com is a great resource too, but since it's user submitted content not every game will have what you're looking for.

Except most manuals also have a section on gameplay and scoring.
