+Tarzilla
Paint.net for Windows is very good for pixel painting. Zoom in, turn pixel grid on under View. Does proper resizing but I never really use it because working at the pixel level is easy. The layer feature is very handy for doing sprites over backgrounds and showing or hiding. It has lots of plugins plus it is free and still actively maintained. I use the grid plug in to add a semi transparent 8x8 grid

Pixelboy
We new update and games? I'm currently finishing up the box templates for all 17 games, and after this is done, I will add the budget games to teampixelboy.com. Then I will post a new Team Pixelboy News Bulletin that will give a detailed update concerning the budget games and other things. You can expect to see the next news bulletin next week-end.
