Crimefighter
Atariprotos doesn't have a page on this one...http://www.ebay.com/itm/230871673831 Edited July 5, 2016 by Crimefighter
AtariBrian
I think that has been on and off of ebay for a couple of years now .
Supergun
Yeap. For years now. The asking price used to be even crazier. Truthfully speaking, unless a Proto has an EPROM board inside, it's worthless & meaningless to me. And in the case of this game; even if it does have it, I'm still not interested! (unless there happens to be some other unknown as of yet undiscovered Activision Proto that was being developed which utilized the DPC chip)
SoundGammon
If it's the same as the final version, can't be worth much!
toiletunes
"there are no return on this item."
Shawn
Atariprotos doesn't have a page on this one... http://www.ebay.com/itm/230871673831 It "popped up on ebay" a few years ago and has been there since.
7800fan
So it could have been final version that was made available for magazine revlews and is absolutely the same as retail version but with icky magneta label rather than nice earth brown label? Has anyone asked the seller to provide video of the gameplay so one could see if there's any difference? And that the EPROM (if used) hasn't rotted? CPUWIZ
I somehow doubt this game, on a devboard, would ever fit inside an off the shelve cartridge case. So you would likely be paying $10000 for a label.
Supergun
Agreed. There's just too much going on in there!
Marc Oberhäuser
Value is about US$ 100 - 125 max.
