I ordered some stuff off them ages ago and got one of their new catalogues a little while ago...I believe it was a £15 handling fee on orders under £75, and a flat-rate shipping fee of £20. Still, unless you want to ship a coupla UPSes or something there's no way you're going to get your money's worth on shipping... I'd rather go with Maplin's smaller stock range and '>£25 orders get free next day shipping' policy.
