Albert #1 Posted May 1, 2003 Hot on the heels of Atari 2600 emulator announcements, the GP32 handheld is now host to the Atari ST Castaway emulator, courtesy of Jeff Mitchell. Now you can enjoy the many excellent Atari ST games like Dungeon Master on a game system you can take anywhere! For more information (including screenshots) and to download the emulator if you have a GP32, please visit codejedi.com.

Han #3 Posted May 2, 2003 Yeah, I am starting to get pretty keen on one myself . Is there anyone here who owns one? And is there anyone in Europe that sells them?
Pocket #4 Posted May 2, 2003 Hi ! I own one GP32, it's a great machine You can buy one at www.entware.com , it's the best seller I have dealt with (five days only, for a really big package)
Han #5 Posted May 4, 2003 Thx for the link. But is there no way of buying one in Europe? The Swedsih customs is very creative when it comes to adding taxes and fee's on imported stuff . So I would prefer not to order it from outside EU... BTW how does it work? Do you transfer for instance the ST emulator via USB?
t.skid #6 Posted May 4, 2003 I know there is a uk reseller: www.gbax.com (or simply gbax.com, I didn't recall). BTW, in this moment the site seems offline
Han #7 Posted May 4, 2003 Thx for the link t.skid and yupp the site is dead as a Dodo allright. But I'll check it out again tomorrow. I discovered that there were some good links on the codejedi site as well. I missed that the first time I was there... sorry ...
liquidcross #8 Posted May 28, 2003 You can get them from www.play-asia.com, as well. That's where I bought my front-lit GP32. CaSTaway ROCKS on the thing, too. Plus, it gets updated nearly every day! To answer your question, Han: You can either use PC-Link (the official software for your computer) to transfer files, or just buy a SmartMedia cardreader, which is a lot faster.
