Incognito install guide anyone?

Does anyone have a copy of the Incognito install guide? The page on Lotharek's site appears to be gone.

 

I seem to remember a section on modifying the power LED lens to be a momentary switch for swapping virtual disks on the CF card, but now I can't find that anywhere.
