fiddlepaddle #1 Posted September 6, 2016 I just started playing Sonic CD for the first time in maybe 20 years (on my CDX). I always thought it was just like the cart version of Sonic 2 with extra levels or animations, but it's not. It's actually quite a bit different! I've found two different versions of this game, a blue disk and a red disk (this one says "NOT FOR RESALE" on it). Is there any difference between the two? Austin #2 Posted September 6, 2016 No, same game. One (the blue disc) is your standard longbox release. The other (red disc) came in a smaller cardboard foldout case and was bundled with the CDX console.
