Text Graphic Char font program(s)?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for one of those programs that makes text using graphic chars, like we used to use in creating BBS screens etc. I can't remember any of the names. Help me out please.

Thanks

Wade

Maybe its easier to explain if I post an example. Im looking for software that can create text like this. I used to have one way back when, that had multiple fonts. I just can't remember what is was called. Sort of ATASCII fig-lets.

You can use the TurboBasic "TEXT" command, see:

Try this: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/178454-packet-radio-on-the-atari/?do=findComment&comment=3193315

It's Compiled Turbo-BASIC, so it requires OS RAM to be available. There is an Atari BASIC version of it on one of the FoReM BBS disks.

Very close! Thanks. The one I remember had many more "fonts". I think I got past what I needed it for anyway. But it would still be nice to find the one I used before.
