+orpheuswaking #1 Posted September 11, 2016 Is there a joypad test program - that would also run on both port one and two? I had my Jaguar at VCF Midwest and someone yanked the controller from port two. Everything seems to work on the two player games I ran after HOWEVER I cannot make the Tempest 2000 spinner option trigger (I'm running TK2 from the skunkboard so I have to enable it each time.) I tried the hold option on both pads, as well as the paperclip short on the correct pins. Both worked before the "incident" and not after. I tried with four separate controllers and nothing. SO I am suspecting either the controller port is damaged inside OR a bad solder joint. I can reflow the solder joints but if it needs replaced I am at a loss. Anyone able to fix this for me? +orpheuswaking #4 Posted September 13, 2016 Well I'm stupid... It's pause not option to activate the rotary option, system is fine... Although I did enjoy testing every pad I have with the test program.
Blazing Lazers #5 Posted September 13, 2016 I actually just obtained a Factory System Test cartridge that includes a controller test program.
