So I played it on my At Games handheld on the SD card. Pretty good physics and responsive flippers (got 5mil something). So buggy (LOW and OUT indicators get drawn all over the screen or not drawn at all, all cities are restored after every round, cursor is way too slow for how fast most missiles go, and so on) but it is at least somewhat playable.
