I am getting this one even thou I think its boring. I missed the 2600 version. I have been on one Trailways bus trip and they have to stop to go to small towns to pick people up and let them off. They also stop so people can get something to eat at breakfast ,lunch , and dinner. Never heard of one going eight hours with out stopping thou.

You might like one of the bonus games, Deserter Bus. It's an endless shooter that's not boring at all.

Cool There's not a lot of places to pick people up in the desert. Nor get food.

Time and money, mio amico. I'm spending all my cash to see a once-in-a-generation eclipse next week, so PRGE got the short end of the stick. (Plus I've been too busylazy to get another game out for 2017, sigh.....)

Arctic Bus - Ice Road Tuckers with a bus instead of a truck. Has anyone gone 8 hours to Las Vegas? How about this game on Colecovision with the driving controller? You would need a perma pak cause I don't think batteries would last 8 hours.

I'm not sure if this has been revealed or not yet, but...

 

At the game-type select screen (where you select Desert, Arctic, or Deserter Bus), press 8 on the keypad. You should notice the arrow change. If you then select Desert or Arctic Bus, you'll be treated to the original Beta of the game. It's an entirely different game - a side-scrolling driving game, with more "retro" looking graphics like you would have seen if this game had been released around 1980. Same basic game idea though: all the fun of an 8 hour drive for one point!

 

This was the first version of INTVDB. The core game mechanics are the same but I gave it a more modern, FPS look for the actual release. Hopefully someone gets a kick out of the alternate modes.

 

As for other secrets... they're coming. As are ROMs for sale, methinks. Might as well gouge as much as I can for the charity Plenty of people have asked for ROMs, so...
