nanochess #1 Posted October 8, 2016 I was seeing Youtube and it suggested me this video, someone showing his Intellivision collection, I enjoyed it very much. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl4Q9sUgow0
+cmart604 #2 Posted October 8, 2016 Lol. Nice pickup for sure although I'm not sure I'd call it a "collection like no other"
fdr4prez #3 Posted October 8, 2016 Diamond Dave? Is that David Lee Roth? That is the only "Diamond Dave" that I know of. Are there other people going by that name these days?
Steve Jones #4 Posted October 8, 2016 This guy owns a used game store about half an hour from me called ToyRatt, he has an ok but not spectacular intellivision section, I bought a few games from him a few years ago but I've been back a couple of times since and nothing new that I need. He's a nice guy and does seem to know a lot about intellivision history. I think in the video he refers to himself as the Ratt

He's a nice guy and does seem to know a lot about intellivision history. I think in the video he refers to himself as the Ratt Yeah, I see where he refers to himself as the Ratt, but he is using Diamond Dave, or just Diamond, in such a way that he feels we should all know who he is talking about. So is there a Canadian famous version of Diamond Dave up there that we don't know about down here? Or was David Lee Roth a collector? I guess anyone can use the "Diamond Dave" nomenclature. Google search pulls up a few other people using Diamond Dave, but I am just curious if it was really David Lee Roth that has been collecting all this stuff - which I doubt, but it be neat if it was him. He is from that era. His music, which I like, can be considered quite "retro"
Steve Jones #6 Posted October 8, 2016 No idea who the Diamond Dave he is referring to is, even up here David Lee Roth is the only Diamond Dave I've ever heard of.

mr_me #9 Posted October 10, 2016 (edited) "... the crown jewel in Diamond Dave's collection; the Rat hammered it." Thanks I enjoyed that. I like the Ti-cat jerseys and Leafs calendars hanging on the wall. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Edited October 10, 2016 by mr_me
