Yes, 2 known to be complete and one partial and disassembled as far as I know though NIAD would be the goto on that.

3 - Unknown to me (see NIAD)

The third CV Kiosk is indeed largely incomplete and was/is in storage in Arizona or New Mexico and IIRC owned by someone in Canada. The owner had actually posted about it in the AtariAge MarketPlace.

Just an update here.   After almost a 3 year wait, the key to the lock on the kiosk doors was found and mailed to me as promised.  Thank you DoubleDown

If nothing else, I am a man of my word.  I knew I had it somewhere, just took a couple years to find.  I probably should have kept that bitchin' vintage Centipede key chain though!  It's pretty radical.
