Flojomojo #1 Posted October 23, 2016 http://motherboard.vice.com/read/the-long-lost-snes-version-of-rayman-has-been-found Pretty neat. I hope someone can exhume the long-lost Sega Genesis version of Wing Commander one day. The nineties will NEVER END, man!
+madman #2 Posted October 23, 2016 Cool to see that, but with other better versions existing I'm not sure how relevant it would be other than as a curiosity from the past unless it contained some exclusive levels or something similar.
Greg2600 #3 Posted October 24, 2016 I kinda feel like his "lost proto" talk was just build up for the reveal. Can't imagine he'll release the rom for it but would be fantastic if he did. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
CatPix #4 Posted October 24, 2016 Michel Ancel could release the ROM if it was his property, knowing his personnality. But it's not sure that Ubisoft would allow it.

Rayman is one of those ported-everywhere games, like Pac-Man, Frogger, Dragon's Lair, Doom, Angry Birds, and Minecraft. I like seeing it all over the place. I've got a 2016 port of it on my iPhone right now, just because I can.
