I'm trying to collect every American Football game for the C64, either UK or US releases only. Here's what I have so far:

Super Bowl XX: Ocean, UK, Tape

Super Sunday: Nexus, UK, Tape

Touchdown Football: Electronic Arts, UK, Tape

Touchdown Football: (Large Slipcase): Electronic Arts, US, Disc

And here's what I know of, that I need:

MicroLeague Football

Pure-Stat Football

Sports Illustrated Computer Football Strategy

TV Sports Football

World's Greatest Football Game

 

Does anybody know of any others that I'm missing, or willing to sell any that I need at a good price?!

I was doing a little research and I guess this is Pure-stat Football. I didn't see that anywhere on the box though.

Have you compared your collection with what is listed on Gamebase64? It lists 57 games tagged as American Football, but some of those may be duplicates or unpublished. I believe a fair amount of those are genuine releases though.

Oh, I'd not considered that! Thanks for the tip! Just had a quick look through and I think I have most of those on the list in one form or another. There are a few that, as you say, may not have been published and distributed per se, but I'll definitely hunt around a bit.

You could also compare with Lemon64, which has fewer of the homemade and unpublished games, but at least lists the major titles. However that site seems to miss out on a number of smaller titles which were commercially available.

Yep, Lemon64 was where I cribbed my candidate list from originally.

GFL was very interesting to play, with that first-person perspective.

 

 

I don't know if it's a duplicate of one of your Super Bowl games, but I had Super Bowl Sunday.

GFL is great in its own way, and largely, as you say, because of the first-person perspective.

 

Super Bowl Sunday by Avalon is indeed on my list, as Super Sunday, released in Europe by Nexus.
